COVID CANCELLATION POLICY.
Effective for cancellation between March 16- April 6, 2020 only.
Talus will be providing the following options for those without cancellation insurance and/or coverage from their credit card :
  • Full refunds.
  • Transfer of bookings to winter 2021.
Prior to issuing refunds, we require:
  •  Confirmation that trip cancellation insurance was not purchased before March 4, 2020.
  • As credit cards often cover cancellations, we require confirmation from your credit card company that they will not cover  the cancellation.

We appreciate your patience in issuing refunds as the system can process a limit number daily.
