    • Due to space restrictions on the helicopter, please do not bring personal beer and wine. Feel free to bring your own spirits but please transfer to a plastic container for the helicopter flight.

  • TALUS PROVIDES

    • All meals are provided including lunch on your arrival day.
    • Wine and beer is available for purchase at the lodge. Payment can be made on the credit card on your booking file.
    • Outdoor boots in a range of sizes.
    • Rocky Mountain Soap Company products (Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash).
    • Sheets, down duvets, pillows and a towel.
    • Two guitars, ukulele and song books.
    • Foam rollers and massage hook.
    • Speaker (Bose and connects via Bluetooth)
  • LEAVE AT HOME

    • Personal wine and beer due to weight and space restrictions on the helicopter.

  • GEAR RENTALS

    We recommend arranging for a demo set up from Ski Uphill or renting from Gear Up.  Be sure to book in advance.

  • BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

    • One day pack no more than 35 litres.
    • One duffel no more than 30 L.
    • Maximum duffel size is 20cm x 31cm x 50cm.
    • Maximum baggage weight per guest must not exceed 17 KG or 37 lbs.  The maximum baggage weight does not include ski/split board, poles, ski helmut and ski boots.
    • One set of equipment allowed per person.
    • Should excess baggage result in an unscheduled additional flight, the cost is the responsibility of the client.

What to wear on the helicopter to Talus Lodge

Wear ski boots, helmet and ski clothing on board.  Carry your car keys and prescriptions on your person.

No wheelie bags allowed at Talus Lodge

No wheelies and hard sided suitcases. We love small duffels and day packs.
Let the helicopter loader know if you have an avalanche pack.

All items inside your bag. No dingle dongles.

No dingle dongels hanging off your pack.

Liquids should be transferred to a plastic container.

Wine and beer is available for purchase at the lodge. Should you want to bring libations (other than wine and beer), please transfer to a plastic container.
